Casa Vacanze 'a Balata' is located in the fishing village of calabernardo in Lido di Noto just 50 metres from the sea. The fine sandy beach is only 200 metres away, while even closer there are platforms on the rocks for access to the sea.
The terraced house has a comfortable veranda at the front and a comfortable outdoor area at the back of about 80 square metres equipped with table, chairs and barbeque.
The two-storey villa consists on the ground floor of a comfortable living/dining room, a convenient kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms, the second bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful sea.
The house, thanks to its proximity to Noto, the undisputed capital of Baroque, becomes an ideal base for visiting the beautiful beaches nearby such as "Calamosche", "Vendicari", Marzamemi or for visiting the beauty of south-eastern Sicily such as Syracuse and its Ortigia, the seaside village of Marzamemi, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, etc..
Not to mention the amazing food and wine on offer, which first strikes the eyes, then the nose, and afterwards completely captivates with its enveloping flavours.
The holiday home is rented furnished and equipped with everything (including towels, household linen and bed linen) on a weekly or monthly basis with discounts.
